How to Visit/Rush the Squadron

UFT Candidates:

Thank you for your interest in the 701st Airlift Squadron! Our hiring board is typically during our Jan/Feb drill weekend, but may fluctuate. We usually have 1 or 2 UFT slots available per year. However, that number may shift as it is a function of our current manning. To be considered for a position, you must submit a complete package, via MilRecruiter, during a published application window. Below is a list of what should be included in your application:

  1. Cover Letter
  2. Resume
  3. College transcripts
  4. AFOQT scores
  5. PCSM score
  6. Private Pilot's license - not required but recommended
  7. Last page of your logbook
  8. Letters of Recommendation - no more than three
  9. If prior service: Last 3 EPR/EPB (if you have ever received a referral report, include all reports), most recent PT printout, one additional optional Letter of Recommendation from current supervisor, SEL, or CC
  10. If enlisted aircrew: Copy of FEF

Opportunities for UFT applicants to visit the squadron during our Jan/Feb 2025 drill will be by invitation only
