The 370th FLTS is currently seeking a current and qualified KC-135 and/or KC-46  instructor pilots to fill an Active Guard Reserve (AGR) for O-3 through O-5s within the next 6-10 months.

Don't pass up this great opportunity to continue to serve full time towards your FULL Active Duty retirement (yes, the same one you’re currently working towards for the active duty members out there) as an ACTIVE GUARD RESERVIST (AGR). You do NOT have to be a test pilot to fly with us, but the opportunity to do some flight test may present itself at some point.
