About the 300th Airlift Squadron

UFT Candidates:

Thank you for your interest in the 300th Airlift Squadron! Our hiring board is typically during our Jan/Feb drill weekend and middle October drill, but may fluctuate. We usually have 1 or 2 UFT slots available per year. However, that number may shift as it is a function of our current manning. To be considered for a position, you must submit a complete package, via email or 3 ring binder in person. Below is a list of what should be included in your application:

  1. Cover Picture – Casual or family
  2. Cover Letter explain why you want to be a member of the 300th AS
  3. 1 Page Resume
  4. College transcripts
  5. AFOQT scores
  6. PCSM score
  7. Picture of Private Pilot's license - not required but highly encouraged
  8. Last page of your logbook
  9. Letters of Recommendation - no more than three
  10. If prior service: Last 3 EPR/EPB (if you have ever received a referral report, include all reports), Career Data Brief (CDB), most recent PT printout, one additional optional Letter of Recommendation from current supervisor, SEL, or CC
  11. If enlisted aircrew: Copy of FEF
