This position is open to current members of the United States Air Force (USAF) who can become members of the Montana Air National Guard (MTANG). This is a gender neutral position. Minimum grade for this position is Capt/O-3 and maximum grade is Lt Col/0-5. Must be AFSC qualified in 11M3C to apply. A Top Secret Clearance is required for this position. Member must be a United States Air Force C-130J Pilot. C130 J-model aircraft are not expected to arrive until early calendar year of 2026, hence the advertisement period is longer than standard. Any C-130J qualified pilot is encouraged to apply regardless of Block Type 6.0 or 8.1.
