The 185th Special Operations Squadron located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is not currently hiring prior-rated individuals.. This position is for prior-rated Pilot applicants to fly the OA-1K. Please review our “Road to Wings” document, the Squadron’s informational packet (located in the attached documents). 

Interview boards for Prior-Rated applicants are held at the discretion of the squadron based on current squadron hiring needs. Typically, this is 2x a year, but can be adjusted as needed. A full application package is required and can be submitted anytime to MilRecruiter.com and to 185SOS.Accessions.org@us.af.mil. An interview is not guaranteed; the squadron will determine which applicants receive interviews. If selected to interview, an interview board date will be set for Saturday of a scheduled Drill Weekend, and applicants will be notified. If selected for the position, you will receive a call and/or email notifying you. Dress is business attire for current civilians or Flight Suit/ OCPs for military. Active duty military applicants must be within one year of their ADSC. Applicants must have less than 14 years TAFMS.
