Eligibility Requirements:

¨ Bachelor’s Degree

¨ Age:

· URT—Must be commissioned prior to your 40th birthday

¨ Qualifying AFOQT scores (contact Base Training, 451-2232 for testing info)

¨ Be able to pass a commissioning physical, MFS (Medical Flight Screening and a FC1 (Flying Class 1 physical – Wright Patterson AFB).

¨ Qualifying TBAS scores—PCSM Score min of 10 (Test is administered @ GFAFB)

¨ Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI), for a Top Secret Clearance

¨ Must meet the weight/fitness requirements of DAFMAN 36-2905
