The Operations Group will be holding Undergraduate Pilot Training selection interviews during the May 2026 UTA weekend (1-3 May 2026).  Applications must be recieved by April 13th 2026. To be eligible to apply, candidates must interview before their 32^nd birthday (be in pilot training before 33^rd birthday).

1.       Cover Letter

2.       Resume

3.       Unofficial College Transcripts (official transcripts will be required if selected for a position)

4.       AFOQT Scores* (must meet pilot minimums)

5.       TBAS score**

6.       Copy of FAA Licenses (Front and Back) or Ratings, if applicable (to include flight log book extracts/copies)

7.       If Civilian: Complete pages 1-2 of DD Form 2807-2, Medical Pre-Screen of Medical History Report (found via Google)

      7a. If Military: Complete DD2808 (up to block 14C if applicable), Medical Pre-Screen of Medical History Report or AF Form 422 (genereate with medical)

8.       Completed AF Form 24, Application for Appointment as Reserve of the Air Force. Complete all sections up to page 4, leave page 4 blank and any additional include  on the continuation sheet).

9.    DAF215 First page completed.

10.  DD214s if applicable

11. DAF369 Police Record Check

12.      Last two Air Force Fitness Assessment scores, if applicable

13.   Letters of Recommendation (no more than three)

*All individuals must accomplish the Air Force Officer Qualification Test (AFOQT). If you have not already taken the AFOQT, please contact 1Lt Abbey Rotter / SSgt Michelle Brockamp at DSN 585-0531/0571, Comm 712-233-0531/0571 to schedule in advance. To be considered for this position, enlisted and civilian individuals applying for this position must have the test taken and be awaiting scores, at a minimum. Results generally take at least 2 weeks.  Scores must be available at time of interview.

**All individuals must accomplish the Test of Basic Aviation Skills (TBAS). If you have not already taken the TBAS, please contact 1Lt Abbey Rotter / SSgt Michelle Brockamp at DSN 585-0531/0571, Comm 712-233-0531/0571 to Schedule in advance. To be considered for this position, individuals applying for this position MUST have the TBAS scores included in the application package.
